1.How do you ensure the quality of the fan ? We have strict QC quality control system in every process and final spection,We have passed the EU CE certification, and the fan has a one-year warranty. If there is a quality problem with our fan within one year, our company will replace it for free and bear the return freight.
2.How long can we recevie the sample? Normal samples can be ready within 48 hours,If it is needs to be customized, the delivery time ranges from 2-3 weeks.
3.Why we choose your fans ? We makes very quiet noise , and good air performances of fans
4.Can the fan customized to my specifications? We need you to provide drawings, technical parameters, etc. of customized fans, It is best to use a prototype so that our company can test your prototype to determine whether it can be customized.
